Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

 

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

 

Important: Please contact us at info@onfeet.com before returning any items. We will provide you with the correct return address, which may differ depending on your location and the nature of the item.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
