When will my order ship?
We ship all orders within 48 hours (on business days).
As soon as your package is on the way, you’ll get a tracking link by email. Most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I return my order?
Yes — you can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn and in original condition.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually cancel it.
Write us as soon as possible at info@onfeet.com — we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
Are your products authentic?
Always. Every sneaker we sell is 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced from trusted suppliers.
No fakes, no grey area.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are sent from one of our warehouses in the EU.
Depending on the item and your location, it might ship from outside of Spain — this can slightly affect delivery times, but you’ll always have full tracking.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
If you received the wrong item or your package was damaged, please email us right away at info@onfeet.com with photos.
