Once your account is approved, you’ll get access to our live inventory.

Just browse the catalog, add what you need to your cart, download the proforma invoice, and complete the payment by bank transfer.

As soon as we receive your payment, we ship — fast and tracked.

ONFEET is built to support both small test orders and large-scale restocks. Whether you’re buying 5 pairs or 500+, we’ve got you covered.

All prices are visible directly on the platform — no hidden tiers or quote requests.

🔍 Are the products authentic?

Every sneaker on ONFEET is brand-new, unworn, and sourced from trusted distributors. We do not deal with replicas or used products — ever.

Each item is also checked for quality before it ships out.

 

🚚 How does shipping work?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Slovakia.

  • Orders up to 100 pairs go out via UPS with full tracking

  • Larger shipments are handled by our freight forwarding partners, depending on your location and volume

Once your payment is confirmed, most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

Delivery across the EU typically takes 3–7 business days.

If you have special shipping needs — like timed delivery, neutral packaging, or alternative logistics — let us know. We’ll take a look and see what’s possible.

 

🧾 How does invoicing and VAT work?

We provide net invoices, compliant with EU B2B rules.

As long as you have a valid VAT ID and your delivery is cross-border, VAT is reverse-charged automatically.

Invoices are issued by our Slovakian entity and sent to you via email after payment.

 

🔄 Can I return or cancel orders?

As a B2B platform, all sales are final.

Returns are only possible in special cases — for example, if the wrong item was sent or the goods arrived damaged. These cases must be reported within 3 business days.

Cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t shipped yet and must be approved by a team member.
